Accessibility Statement
Last updated: 17 September 2026
Our commitment
ProtectMyId strives to make its services accessible to as many people as possible, whatever their disability. While not legally bound by the French accessibility framework (RGAA), which applies to the public sector and large companies, the company voluntarily commits to following its recommendations and targeting WCAG 2.1 level AA.
Conformance status
The public pages of protectmyid.fr are partially conformant with the RGAA and WCAG 2.1 level AA. "Partially conformant" means that some criteria are not yet covered by a full manual audit, even though our checks found no defects.
Test results
Accessibility checks are carried out on the public pages, in French and English, combining automated tooling and manual review. A full audit against the complete set of RGAA criteria is planned; its results will be published on this page.
Non-accessible content
Authenticated areas (declarant, organization, administration) have not yet been fully audited and are subject to continuous improvement. Some third-party content, such as the anti-bot protection on forms, may not be fully accessible.
Statement preparation
This statement was prepared on 17 September 2026 based on automated and manual accessibility checks of the public pages, in French and English. It will be updated after the full audit.
